Are your stones real?
Yes — every piece is made from real, natural materials.
No glass, no plastic, no fake "crystals."

Are your stones treated or dyed?
No.
We don't use dyes, coatings, or artificial treatments.
What you see is exactly how the stone naturally looks once cleaned or polished.

Do stones have imperfections?
Yes — and that's completely normal.
Natural stones often have inclusions, lines, and colour variations.
These are not defects — they're part of what makes each piece unique.

What is petrified wood?
Petrified wood is ancient wood preserved over millions of years — where organic material slowly transforms into stone through a process called permineralisation.
Each piece is a literal slice of prehistoric earth history.
We hand-select and polish every piece to reveal the extraordinary colour and detail hiding inside.

Do you sell raw or rough pieces?
We currently specialise in hand-cut and polished, hand-polished, and tumbled pieces.
Raw petrified wood is coming very soon — watch this space. 🪨

Will I receive the exact item shown?
For individual listings — yes, exactly what's pictured.
For mixed or mystery items — you'll receive a similar selection, but not the exact pieces shown.

What is a Mystery Stash?
A Mystery Stash is a hand-picked selection of stones and/or pieces chosen just for you.
You won't know exactly what you're getting — but it will always be real, natural, and worth it.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Australia:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days

New Zealand: 7–14 business days
United States: 10–21 business days

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

Can I track my order?
Yes — where tracking is available, your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind refunds.
Each piece from Nature's Stash is one-of-a-kind, made from natural materials, and clearly shown and described before purchase.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at carla@naturesstash.com.au and we'll make it right.
