Welcome to Nature's Stash. By placing an order or using our website (www.naturesstash.com.au), you agree to the following terms.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold by Nature's Stash are natural specimens including tumbled and polished stones, crystals, petrified wood, and gem mixes. Because every piece is formed by nature, variations in colour, pattern, size, shape, and surface texture are inherent to the product. These are not defects and are part of the natural character of each item.

Product photos are taken with care to represent each item accurately; however, minor colour variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting. For multi-piece sets or mixes, photos show representative examples.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By completing checkout, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfil, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged or incorrect orders.

4. SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Nature's Stash is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and branding — is the property of Nature's Stash and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Nature's Stash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
