SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United States of America

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 3–8 business days (standard) / 1–4 business days (express)
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
United States: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Nature's Stash is not responsible for delays that occur once your order has been handed to the carrier.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

TRACKING
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For orders shipped to New Zealand and the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nature's Stash has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please first check with your local post office and neighbours. If the parcel is genuinely missing, contact us at carla@naturesstash.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order.
