All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Every piece in our store is a natural product β€” hand-selected, hand-polished, or tumbled from genuine stone, crystal, or petrified wood. Because no two pieces are identical, variation in colour, pattern, size, shape, and surface texture is not a flaw β€” it is what makes each piece one of a kind. These natural characteristics are part of what you're purchasing and are not considered defects.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

  • Natural stones and gems are unique β€” once sent, they cannot be re-listed as the same product
  • Hygiene and handling concerns apply to all natural specimens once they leave our hands
  • Colour and appearance may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings and lighting β€” this is not grounds for a return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong on our end, we want to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at carla@naturesstash.com.auΒ with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbours. If the parcel is genuinely missing, contact us and we'll do our best to assist. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
